- All Persons Under 16 Years of Age, Non-Swimmers, & Boat Renters MUST Take A Life Jacket!
This is provided free of charge at time of service. If you need one, check "Y".
- "T" is for Tube!
If you are renting a Tube, circle the "T" on the line with your name.
- "I/C" is for Ice Chest!
If you need to rent a Cooler Tube for your ice chest, circle the I/C.
- "K" is for Kayak!
If you are renting a Single Kayak, circle one "K" next to your name.
If you are renting a Double Kayak, make one circle around two "K's".
Put both persons names on these two lines. Check "Y" for life jacket.
- "C" is for Canoe!
If one person will be in the Canoe, circle one "C".
If two people will be in the Canoe, make one circle around two "C's".
If three people will be in the Canoe. Two adults & a small child, make one
circle around three "C's".
Check "Y" for life jackets. They are mandatory for boat rentals.
